Smarter Surfaces shipping & returns

At Anoud General Trading, we try our very best to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their orders

Like all online businesses, we use third party courier companies to collect and deliver your goods to you. When the goods leave our warehouse, the courier company has responsibility to deliver it to you. Whilst we can give estimates of when your delivery will arrive, based on the courier company’s information to us, we cannot guarantee their performance, as they are a separate company.

We will liaise with the courier company in the unlikely event of any delays to ensure you know what is happening with your delivery, and to ensure you receive it. Customer care is very important to us so we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns & Refunds

At Anoud General Trading, we try our very best to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their orders. If for any reason, you need to return goods to us, please follow the steps below.

Returns process and refund policy for products that include Smart Whiteboard Paint (in white or clear):
Smart Whiteboard Paint is considered a dangerous good because of the sensitivity of some of its ingredients. Due to the regulations surrounding the transportation of dangerous goods, this can make it difficult to return kits containing the product via courier or regular post. Should you decide to cancel or change your order before it has arrived, we recommend that when it does, you refuse delivery from the courier. In doing so, the goods will be directly returned to us.

Should you decide to cancel or change your order after it has been delivered and accepted by you, we cannot take responsibility for its return. We can only issue a refund once the goods have been returned to us and reviewed.

Returns process and refund policy for Smarter Surfaces™ products:

In the case of canceling an order before the shipment leaves our warehouse, you can cancel the order and receive a credit for the full amount.

It is possible to cancel the purchase of products within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt, as long as they are packed in their original packaging and have not been used, by sending a written message to support@smartersurfaces.co.il. The cancellation will only take effect upon confirmation of receipt of the notice by the company

If you wish to do so, please follow the steps below:

Email support@smartersurfaces.co.il explaining the reason for your return. Please also state your order or invoice number.
After checking your request, the product must be returned to the "Abu Bakr Asedik Str. 10 - Jerusalem" or the address that will be given to you (if differs from the above) within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product in the manner agreed upon with the company support agent. After returning the products, you will be credited for the amount you paid for them, minus the shipping cost. Upon receiving the product, it will be inspected to ensure they are of merchantable quality. If upon inspection, it is found that the product is not returned as new, in its original packaging, including all the components of the package, and have not been used, it will not be possible to credit you for this product. This rule applies to all types of shipments. Please note, most domestic postal services will not accept paint and/or liquids and you may have to return the goods using a courier.

In the event that the products you received were not in good condition when you received them, you will not be charged for shipping, packaging, return fees or handling fees.

It is important to note that all products are checked before shipping. In case of a defective product, you may send the product together with the tax invoice you received and a letter describing the problem with the product. After we receive your request, we will send you the product again according to your original order, provided that it is in stock. The right to return or exchange a product and/or service is subject to additional stipulations as stated in Section 14 of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Return Fees
We ask that the customer be responsible for all shipping charges. No unpaid returns will be accepted. Note: In the unlikely event that the items are damaged by the carrier, you will be able to file a claim with the delivering carrier for the full cost of the damaged items
